I am committed to understanding your challenges and designing a program custom-made for your specific needs. My approach is highly personalized, integrating innovative, evidence-based techniques to help you achieve powerful change.

I am an RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) licensed Clinical Psychologist and UK (Health and Care Professions Council) registered Practitioner Psychologist. I have been trained in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other approaches. Some of my specialty areas include (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality patters, life transitions and relationships.
